Top Ten Tuesday #16: Top Ten Historical / Futuristic Settings You Love (February 2)

Top Ten Tuesday is a weekly meme hosted by The Broke and the Bookish. This week’s topic is Top Ten Historical Settings You Love/ Ten Historical Settings You'd Love To See or Top Futuristic Books You Love/Ten Futuristic Societies I'd Love To Read in Books

Tina
1. Mistborn - I really like the world building in this story. You can't tell if it's about life from the past or future.
2. Outlander - I didn't think I'd enjoy Scotland as much as I did. My last Scots read was in middle school so it was a breath of fresh air.
3. Twilight - I'd love to visit northern California some day. The view must be breath taking.
4. I pretty much enjoy any dystopian book if the story is unique and catches my attention.

These are my favorite futuristic books
1. The Hunger Games by Suzanne Collins.

2. Catching Fire by Suzanne Collins. Catching Fire is my favorite book out of the The Hunger Games series.

3.Divergent by Veronica Roth. Another book I some how managed to get onto every TTT list.

4. Cinder by Marissa Meyer.  I need to finished this series A.S.A.P.

5. Red Queen by Victoria Aveyard. One of my top read of 2015.

6. Four: A Divergent Story Collection by Veronica Roth. I like seeing things from Four POV.

  2. Dystopian is a favorite of mine as well. I remember wanting to read Four (wanted to see how his perspective differed) but never did. Hmm...

  3. I love The Lunar Chronicle's world! Bei Jing was a really engaging setting, and although I wish Marissa Meyer had shown us some more of the culture, it was still fascinating to read about. Hehe, you put Forks in there. I personally couldn't think of a more boring setting, but to each their own. :D My TTT.
